My name is Don Beck, and I’m the new President & CEO at Involver.

I want to tell you all how excited I am to be here. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, Involver is a hot company on the brink of greatness. I will lead this company to it’s next set of very lofty goals scaling the business. And we have big goals.

Since the late 1990s, I’ve been able to take on challenges and more responsibilities at several world-class organizations. I’ve made a name for myself by boosting revenues and profits for software and SaaS companies Postini/Google, Adobe, IBM, J.D. Edwards, Brio, NComputing and Webroot Software.

At Involver, I see the kind of energy, intelligence, and potential I can guide and help channel for big wins. When I met Involver chairman and co-founder Rahim Fazal, I could sense that energy in him, too. I knew immediately that this was a huge opportunity for all of us. Consider what Involver has already accomplished in the past few months:

In the past 12 months, Involver has:

  • Doubled its average deal size and
  • Hit 125%, 140%, and 157% of quarterly revenue targets

In the last 6 months, Involver has:

  • Grown 400%+
  • Surpassed 560,000 fan pages running Involver apps and
  • Reached a rate of 3,000 new customers per day

Add to those accomplishments the company’s proprietary social markup language, SML™, (the first of its kind in the world) and industry leading Audience Management Platform (AMP), and you will see a social media firm poised to rise.

What I will bring? A firm foundation in business sales fundamentals, an entrepreneurial spirit for finding new markets and new sources of revenue, and wisdom. That’s a promise.

It’s an honor and a privilege to work here, and I don’t want to do anything that interferes with how this engine is running. I want to add rocket fuel.

Don Beck

Don Beck knows how to motivate. He has a track record of success in executive roles with IBM, J. D. Edwards, Adobe, and Postini, meeting annual sales targets of over $700 million at traditional enterprise software and Software-as-a-Service organizations. With 30 years experience in turn-around, high-growth and market-leadership companies, Don specializes in operational management and re-structuring sales departments for effectiveness, efficiency, better industry alignment, and strict process discipline. At Postini, Don directed a worldwide sales expansion, growing the company into one of the largest SaaS-based vendors before its sale to Google. Don received his MBA from Miami University and has served as a board member for numerous business and educational institutions. In 1995, 1996 and 1997, “Denver Business Journal” recognized him as one of Colorado’s most influential business leaders. He loves to paint the San Francisco fog.
