Why Did I Join Involver?
That’s an easy question. After finishing my Master’s in Business Management and Marketing at UC Berkeley, it was time to join the outside world and make a difference.
As a young international professional with an engineering background, there is no better place for me than Silicon Valley, the epicenter of global technology and innovation.
Before I knew who Involver was, a friend of mine, who works with the Real Madrid fútbol (soccer) team, told me about a company whose applications and technologies they were using to power the social media strategy of Real Madrid’s brand worldwide.
Life is too short to work at a boring company. For me work should be challenging, and the challenge should be fun. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense to be doing the work.
That is exactly what I’ve found here at Involver since my first contact with them. After a first 15 minutes, it was enough for Involver to call me back for a second one. A few minutes into the second interview, I had no doubts (hopefully neither did Involver!), that this was the place to be. What better way to start than having an amazing team BBQ!
Involver has surpassed my expectations. I am lucky to be surrounded by the most talented engineers, marketers, and business developers; ultimately people, and this is the most important fact that makes me feel proud of this family, who share the same values.
My role in the Marketing team, is aligning my two passions: technology and marketing, to better serve our more than 600,000 customers. And to keep growing the impact of our products, which reach an audience of more than 1.4 billion in the Social Media space. Isn’t it cool?
