Mike Axinn combines expertise as a writer (IdeasProject, Mix Magazine, BBC, KQED), feature film audio professional (Star Wars, Titanic, Fantastic Four, The English Patient, Moulin Rouge), video producer, and Web site content editor (Nokia’s very successful IdeasProject.com) to create compelling media content to bring public awareness to social issues and business innovation. He was nominated for the MPSE Golden Reel Award for sound on Moulin Rouge, and was part of the sound crew on two Academy Award-winning feature films. He is the creator of DooF, a Web and video initiative designed to get children excited about healthy food. The 2007 and 2008 DooF-a-Palooza hands-on family food events he created in collaboration with a team at Google were considered to be among the most successful events ever held there. Mike received his MFA in film, with highest honors, from California College of the Arts and a BA from the University of Chicago, where he was a Three-Time All-American and recipient of the Amos Alonzo Stagg Medal for Academic & Athletic Excellence.

Adrienne Olds works at Involver's Headquarters in San Francisco as our Marketing Manager, collaborating in Involver’s marketing strategy, lead nurturing, email marketing and other programs. She oversees the Involver Blog and coordinates promotional and other industry-related events throughout the year for the Involver team. Prior to her work at Involver, Adrienne managed marketing efforts at several software companies in the Bay Area; and is the current Vice President of the NAPW San Francisco Chapter. Her background includes: Fashion PR in London, Marketing and Project Management in Chicago, and Publishing, Event Planning, and Nightlife Management in Las Vegas. Having worked with several marketing start-ups in the Las Vegas area, she is relishing her position at Involver. Born and raised in the heart of the midwest, Adrienne loves the outdoors during the Fall, is an extreme Green Bay Packers fan, and enjoys her Wisconsin port-wine cheese!

Jamie’s work at Involver covers a huge range of areas within the marketing organization, including product documentation, blogging, and collateral. Currently a student at the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario, his academic studies engage primarily with social and sustainable business practices, and he hopes to one day apply these principles to the social marketing space. Jascha Kaykas-Wolff is the CMO at Mindjet, where he oversees all marketing efforts including branding, product marketing, demand generation, advertising, public relations, community, and web operations. Rahim Fazal is responsible for Involver's overall strategy and operations. He is a three-time company co-founder, including a web-hosting company he sold for $1.5 million dollars while taking his senior year final exams during high school. He then started a web services platform business and eventually took it public, becoming one of the youngest directors of a publicly traded company in the United States. Rahim completed his MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business, the top ranked business school in Canada, and was the youngest student in the school’s 80-year history to be accepted without a prerequisite undergraduate degree. He is a frequent and popular speaker to high school and college students across the U.S. and Canada and also an advisor to the Extreme Entrepreneurship Education Corporation in New York City. Rahim currently sits on the Direct Marketing Association's Social Media Council. He has been named one of America’s "Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30" by Inc. Magazine, and one of the "Top 25 Digital Thought-Leaders" by iMedia.

Steven studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the School of Journalism & Mass Communication, specializing in Strategic Communication. Before starting work at Involver, he worked in promotions with a successful start-up food ordering company, BadgerBites.com, and in event planning with the non-profit Dane Buy Local. When not at work, Steven is likely following his favorite teams as he is an avid Wisconsin sports fan. Steven loves his Badgers, Packers, and Brewers, and he is constantly looking for news and other updates.

Noah Horton is responsible for Involver’s technology strategy, investments and operations. Prior to this, he was the software architect for NeoEdge Networks, an in-game advertising business where he was responsible for developing many of the company’s ad products. Noah has held positions at Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Sun Microsystems. He has filed more than 25 patents and published articles on development techniques in widely read publications, including the Java Developer’s Journal. In September 2008, Inc. Magazine named Noah one of America’s “Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30.”

Rodrigo worked in the marketing department at Involver, and contributed to areas such as the blog, collateral and product documentation. He studied International Relations at university and has also finished his graduate studies in Marketing at UC Berkeley. Before starting work at Involver he worked in the international moving business and was also responsible for marketing at a student organization, in charge of both the website and the social media content. At Postini, Don directed a worldwide sales expansion, growing the company into one of the largest SaaS-based vendors before its sale to Google. Don received his MBA from Miami University and has served as a board member for numerous business and educational institutions. In 1995, 1996 and 1997, “Denver Business Journal” recognized him as one of Colorado’s most influential business leaders. He loves to paint the San Francisco fog.

As lead engineer on the infrastructure and operations team, Ken previously played a key role in ensuring the stability and scalability of the Involver platform. He was charged with the maintenance, reliability, and scalability of the company’s core environments and helped plan the team roadmap by establishing priorities, estimates, and technical specifications around Involver’s applications and systems. His responsibilities also included development within the various codebases around performance and major upgrades; provisioning, deploying, and managing systems through automation and process.

Her product and customer knowledge are key as she leads product trainings and manages onboarding for new customers. In a previous life, Heather was a 7th grade history teacher; she brings endless patience and the ability to work with a wide variety of customer needs to her role. This California native is a self-proclaimed nerd, as well as a SF Giants, SF 49ers, SJ Sharks and Golden State Warriors fan, in that order. When not solving puzzles, Heather enjoys singing, dancing, reading and quoting movies.
